- minimum age requirement: 4 years
- minimum height requirement: 105 cm (3.44 ft)
- those from 80 cm to 105 cm (or 2.62–3.44 ft) high must be accompanied by an adult
- maximum weight allowed: 50 kg (110 lbs)

- walk without assistance
- rely on at least one leg, hand or foot to maintain balance
