These general conditions of online ticket sales of Dalmaland d.o.o. (hereinafter Dalmaland Fun & Water Park) determine the conditions under which the service provider will perform its activities towards users (hereinafter customers) via its websites https://www.dalmaland.com/ and https://www.dalmaland .hr/

The service we provide consists of selecting and buying tickets for Dalmaland Fun & Water Park. We are currently in the early stages of service development and it is possible to constantly change the general conditions in order to improve our websites and services.

Basic services

Dalmaland Fun & Water Park online ticket sales are intended to facilitate and speed up the process of purchasing tickets for Dalmaland Fun & Water Park for personal, non-commercial use. It allows you to print a voucher with a QR code, the scanning of which allows you to enter the Dalmaland Fun & Water Park.

Monri WSPay, as an executor of credit card authorization and billing, handles personal data in its capacity as a processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on data protection and data transmission.

Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and billing, i.e. in the performance of obligations from the Agreement or based on the Agreement, are considered confidential data.

Monri WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purposes of executing the authorization contract and billing.

Monri WSPay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions specified by the current regulations on the protection of personal data for the executors of personal data processing, and in particular the taking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.

Online ticket sales

Customers can buy tickets for Dalmaland Fun & Water Park on the websites https://www.dalmaland.com/ and https://www.dalmaland.hr/. The contract for the sale of the ticket is considered concluded at the moment when the payment is successfully made. After that, as a confirmation of the conclusion of the sales contract, the customer will receive a voucher by email. The invoice is issued at the cash desk.

Obligations of the buyer

The customer is obliged to print out or have a voucher for Dalmaland Fun & Water Park ready on his mobile device. When entering Dalmaland Fun & Water Park, the QR code of the ticket must be scanned, which will enable entry to Dalmaland Fun & Water Park. The ticket must be kept during the stay in the park.

Special fees and method of payment

Ticket prices are clearly indicated and visible at every step of the purchase. No hidden costs and additional fees appear in the purchase process. Payment on our service is possible with Mastercard, Maestro, Diners and Visa cards, as well as Aircash and Google Pay.

Complaints

The customer has the right to a justified complaint in case he does not receive the purchased tickets, i.e. vouchers.

The deadline for filing a complaint is 10 days from the moment of ticket purchase.

In the case of a request for a refund for justified reasons, the buyer is obliged to send a written complaint to the Seller by e-mail to info@dalmaland.com.

In the event of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to exchange tickets or return the funds paid.

Product information (description of tickets, price, etc.) displayed on the seller's web shop is subject to bugs, irregularities in the operation of the application, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, etc. web shop, the seller reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

Final provisions

By accepting these conditions of purchase, the buyer agrees to the provisions of these conditions and accepts that they form an integral part of the contract

By confirming the order, the Buyer confirms that he has read the Business Terms, that he agrees with them and that they form an integral part of the Purchase Agreement.

Changes to the terms of use

Dalmaland d.o.o. reserves the right to change the Terms of Use of the Internet pages at any time and without prior notice, and is not and will not be responsible for possible consequences resulting from such changes. The aforementioned changes come into force on the day of publication on these websites.
