Dalmaland is the largest Croatian theme, amusement and water park, and in order to improve your safety, our engineers and technical staff regularly check and test all attractions.
For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the Rules of Conduct in Dalmaland
By entering Dalmaland, you agree to all terms of use of attractions and use them at your own risk.
At the entrance to each attraction you will find signs describing safety regulations and restrictions, which must be strictly followed.
When using the attractions, certain rules apply regarding age and height, as well as warnings about who is not allowed to ride on a particular attraction.
Certain attractions have a minimum age and height for use. Also, certain attractions have a maximum permitted height of use.
At the entrance to each attraction there are altimeters for measuring where you can check whether you and your children can access the attraction and warnings related to health conditions.
For your safety, please be sure to follow the operator's instructions.
In order to ensure the safety of visitors, certain attractions will stop working in case of bad weather, temporary technical problems or maintenance without prior warning, and at the discretion of the technical manager.
Our staff is neither able nor obliged to supervise minors, children, persons with physical or mental impairments and non-swimmers, the same persons are responsible for the accompanying persons, e.g. parents, guardians, professors, supervisors, medical staff, etc.

- It is expressly forbidden to bring sticks as well as other large, pointed or loose objects on the rides. Such items can injure you and other visitors. All such items should be put aside.
- It is strictly forbidden to record and take photos with mobile phones, cameras, GroPro cameras or selfie sticks on all attractions during the ride. The exception is cameras mounted with a suitable chest strap.
- Pets are expressly prohibited from entering Dalamaland due to their safety and other conditions caused by crowding, noise, light effects and for the safety of other visitors.
- Visitors under the influence of alcohol or other substances are prohibited from entering Dalmaland
- Pregnant women and people with back or heart problems are not allowed to use most of the attractions, please pay attention to the warnings in front of each attraction
- Children under 100 cm and non-swimmers are not allowed to use water attractions without parental supervision. - - We also ask that you supervise your children because they can easily expose themselves to dangerous situations, and do not let them go on individual rides without an escort.
- On circular rides, always seat your child on the inside
- Please keep children out of sight, especially in the water park
- Never pick up children or sit them on the edge of attractions
- Jumping, pushing, gossiping, shouting, interfering and other actions that may endanger the safety of other visitors are prohibited.
